Professional experience includes: Director of Sales Operations for Heinz North America. She was promoted to increasing levels of responsibility over 20 years. Danielle was a member of the L100 which was the top 100 leaders of the organization. Functions included: Sales Finance, Sales Training, Sales Planning, Sales Systems and Technology, Reverse Logistics and Sales Meetings and Events.
Scope of responsibilities: Management of $500M in trade investment $200M in capital; Fixed selling budget of $97M and a team of 5 Managers and 48 employees reported to her.

Danielle led and participated on the leadership team of several million-dollar projects while at Heinz including MUDA where she won industry awards for innovation and savings. She holds both an MBA and a JD from Duquesne University and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
