Professional experience includes: Director of Sales Operations for Heinz North America. She was promoted to increasing levels of responsibility over 20 years. Danielle was a member of the  L100 which was the top 100 leaders of the organization. Functions included: Sales Finance, Sales Training, Sales Planning, Sales Systems and Technology, Reverse Logistics and Sales Meetings and Events.

Scope of responsibilities: Management of $500M in trade investment $200M in capital; Fixed selling budget of $97M and a team of 5 Managers and 48 employees reported to her.

Danielle  led or participated on the leadership team of several million dollar projects while at Heinz including MUDA where she won an industry award for innovation and savings,  Project Delta, and Project Confluence a cross-functional top 10 initiative for Heinz North America. She was also the recipient of a Special Events Award for Meeting Excellence and HJ Heinz Award for Leadership. Core Business strengths include: capability building, work simplification,  project management, process improvement, P&L management, creating and leading change.

Danielle holds an M.B.A. from Duquesne University (Honors Graduate) and a B.A in Business  & Political Science from Washington and Jefferson College; (Cum Laude Graduate) and her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne Law School in May of 2016.  She is also Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

Danielle is actively involved in volunteer and community  activities related to homeless and the fight against human trafficking. She is also a mentor for the Leukemia Society Team in Training, has run five marathons, two tri-athalons and raised over $20,000 for Leukemia research. She was on Lower Burrell School Board for six years where she  has the role of treasurer/ financial relations.
