Danielle Kowalkowski joined RTI as the Chief Operating Officer in 2017. With over 20 years of experience in Operations & Corporate planning, specifically in the CPG industry, she adds her expertise in technology, supply chain, finance, strategy, corporate meetings, and events to the team at RTI.

Her career includes ten years in retail franchise ownership and twenty years with Heinz as the Director of Sales Operations for North America. Danielle was a member of the L100, which recognized the top 100 leaders of the organization. Her responsibilities included managing $500M in trade-investment, $200M in capital, a fixed selling budget of $97M, and oversight of a team of 50+.

Danielle led and participated with the leadership team on several million-dollar projects while at Heinz, where she won industry awards for innovation and savings. She has also been recognized globally for her cost reduction and corporate planning initiatives.

She holds both an MBA and a JD from Duquesne University and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

As COO for Real Time Intelligence, Danielle ensures that business operations are efficient, effective, and streamlined. She also works directly with RTI’s parent company, The Burrell Group.
