RTI Welcomes Timothy Nickel as Director of Delivery and Program Performance
Timothy Nickel to Ensure Expert Implementation of the eP360 Suite at Client Sites
Pittsburgh, PA, 27 August 2021– Real Time Intelligence (RTI), a leader in providing item-level visibility solutions through a cloud-based SaaS analytics platform, recently welcomed Timothy Nickel as their Director of Delivery and Program Performance. Timothy brings more than 25 years of experience in packaging engineering and supply chain management, helping expand the capabilities and operational performance of corporations small and large across the globe.

Timothy is responsible for the delivery, performance, and success of all RTI delivered customer programs, including the continued IFCO program expansion into Canada, Europe, and Asia. Timothy will also oversee all technical managers within the Program Performance Group.
He has held leadership positions in engineering and operations – his work is grounded in continuous improvement activities that drive sustainable achievement. One of his key areas of focus has been consultation pertaining to the design, development, and implementation of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) asset tracking solutions. Leveraging his supply chain knowledge and his world-class execution of returnable container systems initiatives, he brings high-tech solutions to companies that are pursuing growth and improvement in technology-driven control of all asset classes.

Timothy graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Packaging in 1996 and won the Automotive Industry Action Group’s (AIAG) Outstanding Achievement Award in 2010. He is an avid hockey fan, plays ice hockey in his local league, and also coaches a youth ice hockey team.
