2022 Set to Close with Continued Growth for Real Time Intelligence
For Real Time Intelligence, 2022 has marked continued growth for the company, bringing their expansion to almost 50% to close out the year.
This expansion will continue throughout 2023. Along with an increase in manpower, a new headquarters in Independence, OH is also on the horizon.
Among RTI’s most recent hires are Oltjon Mema and Santiago Jimenez.
Mema, who resides in Cleveland, Ohio, earned his bachelor’s degree in Communication from Cleveland State University. His previous experience includes 15 years in Treasury Management Services with Huntington Bank and five years as Business Manager at aerospace manufacturing company, North Coast, which is now Applied Composites Cleveland.
Mema will also be serving as Business Manager for RTI and will be responsible for managing several functions including HR, Accounting and Operational duties, although he is excited to add value wherever he is needed.
“I am absolutely thrilled to be part of RTI because I love the vision and I want to contribute to the company success and be part of something special. It also helps that there’s a fantastic group of people already here!” Mema added.
Santiago Jimenez is joining RTI as Business Intelligence Manager. He lives in Tempe, Arizona where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interactive Technology in 2004 from Collins College.
As a report specialist for Macy’s credit card division, he developed agent statistics and departmental reporting. Jimenez later became a Data Analyst for Freedom Debt Relief, managing a $200M monthly enrollment sales pipeline with over 300 debt consultants.
After nearly 20 years of statistical reporting and business intelligence, he now looks forward to building on RTI’s success and growing these areas with the company.
“I’m excited that I will get to utilize my prior experiences and eye for design to develop eye catching, creative dashboards that the client can easily understand and interact with, especially with a company that has the values and vision that RTI has,” said Jimenez.
